Favorite Ballet Storytime Story
My favorite ballet story is Giselle. I love how it combines such beautiful, romantic choreography with an emotional, powerful story. It's a ballet that reminds me of why I fell in love with dance in the first place.
Favorite Ballet Step
I love teaching Grand Jeté and Pas de Chat - they're both so playful and exciting for young dancers to learn. As a performer, I especially love any kind of pirouette; there's something so satisfying and expressive about turning and finding balance in motion.
Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
My go-to animal for animal dances in an octopus! It's so much fun for the kids to imagine moving all their "tentacles," and it encourages really creative and fluid movement.
Favorite Thing About Teaching at Tutu School
Tutu School is special to me because it gives me the chance to share my passion for ballet with young dancers in a magical, nurturing environment. I love helping little ones find joy in movement and storytelling, and seeing their confidence and creativity grow.
