Teacher Jasmine
Favorite Ballet Storytime Story
My favorite ballet story at Tutu School is La Fille Mal Gardee! I love dancing like we’re chickens on a farm and then getting carried away by the intense thunderstorm!
Favorite Ballet Step
My favorite step to teach is the tendu or stretching of our foot. I love to use bean bags to pretend we are making laffy-taffy as we stretch and slide the bean bag across the floor.
Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
My go to animal for inspiration is a snake! I love to wiggle and slither my body is different ways to move as gracefully as a snake!
Favorite Thing About Teaching at Tutu School
Tutu School is very special to me because it gives me a perfect outlet to be creative, dance and shard my passion with the next generation!
