- My favorite ballet story from our curriculum is The Nutcracker. It’s what made me fall in love with ballet in the first place.
- Do you have a go-to step that you love to teach or perform?
- When I’m teaching, my go-to steps are dégagé or grand battement. They’re simple but so fun to explore with little ones, especially when we bring in playful imagery.
- Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
- For inspiration, I love using animals like bunnies or frogs. They help bring movement to life in a way that feels magical and relatable for young dancers.
- What makes Tutu School special to you?
- What makes our school so special to me is that we get to create those magical, memorable moments for twirlers—not just helping them fall in love with ballet, but with the creativity and storytelling behind it.
