Faith Shier

Faith has been with Tutu School since 2019 and absolutely loves managing both the Huntington Beach and Irvine locations. With a lifelong passion for dancing, leadership, and working with children, she feels like she truly belongs here at Tutu School.

Faith began dancing at the age of three in the small town of Pullman, Washington. She went on to earn a degree in Public Relations with a minor in Dance from the University of Idaho, where she performed in numerous large-scale productions, including touring shows throughout the Pacific Northwest. She also spent four years on the University’s Cheer and Dance teams, leading as captain for two of those years.

After college, Faith worked at Disneyland for over five years in leadership and communications roles where she assisted thousands of guests, and later in corporate marketing for a major health food franchise. But her heart always belonged to dance and working with children, and when she discovered Tutu School, she knew she’d found something truly special.

Her favorite part of working at Tutu School is watching little ones fall in love with the magic of ballet. She loves building lasting relationships with her students and Tutu School families, and takes pride in watching them grow – not just as dancers, but as individuals. Faith also enjoys working behind the scenes to help create a smooth, magical experience for every family. She prioritizes teaching once a week (she hopes to see you on Wednesday afternoons!) and feels so grateful to be part of the Tutu School family. She looks forward to helping your dancer twirl, leap, and grow with Tutu School!
