Ashley Glen

Ashley began her dance journey in New Jersey at the age of three, training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, and Pointe. Her love for ballet and performance truly flourished when she earned her BFA in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle. After graduation, Ashley began teaching at Tutu School locations in Seattle and Bellevue, where she also took on the role of school coordinator.
Two years ago, Ashley relocated to Florida to be closer to family, but continued her work remotely with Tutu School. Recently, she was honored with a promotion to Studio Manager for the Berkeley and Hercules locations in California, expanding her impact and involvement with the Tutu community.
Ashley is passionate about working for Tutu School because it allows her to share her deep love for ballet with children. As a ballet teacher, she finds immense joy in watching her students grow not just in their dance skills but in their confidence, discipline, and creativity. It is incredibly rewarding to witness them discover and express their unique voices through movement.
Ashley’s favorite ballet is Swan Lake, and she often envisions her butterfly wings as shimmering orange with sparkles. One of her most treasured memories from her early ballet training is the excitement and pride she felt when she first went on pointe—a milestone that continues to inspire her teaching today.
