Meet our team
Teacher Janel
Favorite Ballet Storytime Story
My favorite ballet story in our curriculum is Giselle!
Favorite Ballet Step
My favorite steps to teach are passé and arabesque balances! i love watching dancers’ faces light up when they see themselves accomplish what often feels like their first “big girl” ballet step
Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
I love the graceful movements of a butterfly, or the wiggly arms of an octopus
Favorite Thing About Teaching at Tutu School
Facilitating a safe space for young dancers to explore movement, imagination, self-expression, and play all in one place is a privilege; it brings me just as much joy to be a part of that journey as it does the families that we get to know and love :)
