Imagine spending fun-filled camp days exploring the enchanted and enriching world of ballet! On any given day at Tutu Camp, a child might take a ballet class, decorate costumes, learn the story of a famous ballet, or even take part in a production of their own creation. Many of our camp sessions focus on a different ballet story from the classical repertoire, and favorites include: Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, The Firebird, and Cinderella.
Campers do not need to have prior ballet experience to participate, but they should be prepared for a lot of leaping, twirling, and imaginative adventures!

There is no more famous, nor more beautiful story in all of classical ballet, and your little prince or swan queen can spend a week with us diving into the enchantment that is Swan Lake – decorating masks for the court ball, listening to Tchaikovsky’s beautiful score, and exploring all of the incredible ways magical swan wings can help us take flight.

We know, we know, a winter ballet in MONTH… But let’s face it, it’s a classic, the famous score by Tchaikovsky is stunning, and the Sugar Plum Fairy is kind of a big deal. So let’s embrace twirling like a snowflake in the middle of summer, because dancing in the Land of Sweets is always a good idea – no matter the season.
