Magic Makers)!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are a boutique ballet school dedicated to providing a sweet and imaginative introduction to dance for children aged 6 months to 8 years. We need someone with a <strong>strong ballet background<\/strong> who genuinely loves working with young children, thrives on creativity, and is committed to being an essential and reliable part of our studio family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ideal candidate will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lead Engaging Classes:<\/strong> Confidently teach 45-minute classes for children aged 6 months to 8 years, following the Tutu School&#8217;s carefully crafted curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be a Customer Service Star:<\/strong> Build strong, positive relationships with students and their families. <strong>Openly and professionally interact with parents<\/strong> to answer questions and ensure an excellent experience for all new and current customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ensure Studio Operations:<\/strong> Perform basic retail duties (product restocking, processing sales), take attendance, and help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, and retail area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Be Highly Reliable:<\/strong> Demonstrate <strong>excellent responsibility and dependability<\/strong> by consistently arriving on time for shifts and maintaining clear communication with the Studio Owner and team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ballet &amp; Dance Expertise:<\/strong> A strong background in ballet and\/or creative movement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience with Young Children:<\/strong> Prior <strong>experience working with or teaching children<\/strong> in the 6 month to 8-year-old range is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personality &amp; Spirit:<\/strong> Energetic, warm, positive, and someone who knows how to have <strong>fun<\/strong> while nurturing the big dreams of little dancers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication Skills:<\/strong> Strong verbal communication skills for effective instruction and friendly, professional <strong>interaction with families.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reliability:<\/strong> <strong>Consistency and dependability are non-negotiable musts<\/strong> for our small class environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bonus Points:<\/strong> Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, as new customers are especially valuable to our growing studio!
