Miss a class? Learn more about our makeup policy
Once you are enrolled at Tutu School Murrieta, your spot will be saved in your class time each week! If you are unable to attend your class then you will automatically receive a makeup class. One of the unique benefits of Tutu School is that your makeups never expire while you are enrolled! We try and keep it simple! Here are some of the common questions we receive:
When can you use your makeup classes?
You can use your makeup classes at anytime while you are actively enrolled. That means you don’t need to schedule your makeup during the same week or month that you missed!
You must be actively enrolled to use your makeup classes, this means if you cancel your membership you will not be able to use your makeups.
Makeup classes cannot be used in exchange for tuition, so that means you cannot skip your monthly membership to use makeup classes and you cannot be refunded for classes that you missed. That’s why it’s so important to make sure you use your makeup classes before you intend to cancel your membership!
How do you receive makeup classes?
This process is automatic! No need to let us know if you will be missing class because you will automatically receive a makeup class when you miss!
If you know in advance that you are going to miss a class, then you are able to schedule a makeup class beforehand!
If you know you won’t attend your makeup, feel free to send a text! However, if you miss your scheduled makeup class it does not count against you.
How to Schedule Makeup Classes
It’s very easy! You can schedule a makeup class through your pirouette portal! Once you login to your portal, you select the “schedule a makeup” option.
If a class does not show, it means it’s full!
