Teacher Olivia
Favorite Ballet Storytime Story
My favorite ballet story is Giselle! I love its magical elements, the power of the characters, and the complex themes it offers are great for discussion.
Favorite Ballet Step
I have always loved to perform any type of jumping step! Some of my favorites include grand pas de chat and tour jeté, and I also love a good pirouette.
Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
My go-to animal is a cat!
Favorite Thing About Teaching at Tutu School
Tutu School is special to me for the inclusivity it provides to our young dancers. Ballet has always been a safe space for me, instilling within me a joy of movement, emotional outlet, and lifelong friends and connections. Being able to provide this to the next generation is a true gift!
