We require our teachers to have a strong background in dance, great communication skills, and a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum. <em><strong>Most of all, we want instructors who are invested in nurturing the big dreams of little dancers.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School&#8217;s carefully crafted Class Curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build rapport and communication with students&#8217; families and prospective clients.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate effectively with management and administration.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High school or equivalent is preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teaching experience is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Tutu School<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our Founding Principle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Every child should know what it feels like to dance.
