Kids Ballet Classes in Oakland: A Royal Celebration of 10 Magical Years

Tutu School Oakland is officially 10 years old! And what better way to celebrate a decade of ballet, imagination, and magical memories than with a birthday party fit for royalty?

Our Montclair Village studio was filled with princesses, dancing, twirling, and so much joy as our Tutu School community came together to celebrate 10 magical years in Oakland.

A Royal Gathering of Princesses

We invited our dancers to dress for the occasion, and they certainly understood the assignment!

Our studio welcomed an incredible royal court of little princesses. During our special Princess Roll Call, we discovered Cinderella, Aurora, Jasmine, Belle, Anna, Elsa, and so many other beloved princesses in attendance.

And our Tutu Teachers joined in on the magic, too! Miss Avala transformed into Moana, while Miss Saije became Princess Tiana for the celebration.

Seeing a studio filled with so many little dancers dressed as their favorite characters made the afternoon feel like something straight out of a fairy tale.

Dancing, Twirling, and Birthday Magic

Of course, no Tutu School birthday celebration would be complete without plenty of dancing!

Our royal guests danced, twirled, played, and celebrated together as we marked this very special milestone. There was so much excitement throughout the studio, and we loved watching our dancers use their imaginations while making memories with their ballet friends and Tutu Teachers.

It was exactly the kind of joyful, whimsical celebration we imagined for our 10th birthday.

Celebrating 10 Years in Montclair Village

Ten years is an especially meaningful milestone for our little ballet school.

For an entire decade, Tutu School Oakland in Montclair Village has had the privilege of introducing young children to the magic of ballet. We’ve watched dancers take their first steps into the studio, learn their first ballet positions, perform in their first recitals, make new friends, and grow in confidence.

Over the years, thousands of tiny ballet slippers have crossed our studio floor, and each dancer and family has become part of our story.

Our 10th birthday party wasn’t simply a celebration of how long we’ve been here. It was a celebration of the community that made these 10 years possible.

Thank You for 10 Magical Years, Oakland!
