Taking a moment to gush over the incredible Magic Makers<\/em> I have the honor of working alongside on this storybook adventure in ballet (& in business!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be honest, the thing that was scariest for me leaping into small business ownership and opening Tutu Schools was \u2014 Who is going to do this with me?!<\/em><\/strong> I always knew it would take a great team to truly make the difference I was out to make, but now when I pause and look at the staff of women we’ve built, I am simply in awe. They each bring unique gifts and passions, and their talent and care are the very soul of Tutu School Raleigh.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Tutu Teachers are truly the secret ingredient to the magic we create!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Tutu Team across 3 locations collectively brings over 50+ years of experience in the Tutu School curriculum (+ decades more in professional ballet and child development) to our precious little ones at Tutu School\u2014and that number just keeps growing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many of our staff have been on this journey teaching with us for 5, 7, 10 years! And similarly for some it’s also a stop along the way to another dream, but one that keeps them connected to their own love of ballet and dance and sharing that with the next generation. With every new teacher we meet, we also get to watch them create their own kind of magic and leave their own mark on our program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of our teachers have been carefully chosen and thoroughly trained. On our team, we look for hearts that never stopped twirling and minds that thrive on creativity. Most of all, we want instructors that are invested in nurturing the big dreams of little dancers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is what we have found with our staff \u2014 They bring their hearts to the dance floor, committed to creativity and joy, nurturing a lifelong love of dance, and building confidence from the very first pli\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite thing about teaching at Tutu School is exchanging magic between myself and my students; extending that magic throughout class and even to our audience. The community Tutu School has cultivated is beautiful to watch and even more amazing to be a part of!<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
