Cinderella! I love how the story teaches the importance of kindness.
Favorite Ballet Step
I love to do piqués in my classes with my dancers! We use our piqué toes to gently paint polka dots on ladybugs backs or paint rainbow polka dots all over the dance floor.
Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
My dancers and I LOVE to dance like the frog! We set up "lily pad" polka dots across the floor and do big jumps and leaps on the dots!
Favorite Thing About Teaching at Tutu School
Tutu School is special to me for so many reasons. I love how it provides an outlet for everyone to come together and explore the joy of dance. Having such a safe and supportive environment encourages the dancers to be creative, brave, and most importantly, have fun. I started dance class at a very young age and my love for dancing eventually led me to my career as a professional performer. I love getting to see that same spark and love ignite in young dancers.
