As we continue to grow, we\u2019re looking for a passionate and dedicated instructor to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of our littlest dancers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Ballet Instructor at Tutu School, you\u2019ll bring joy and creativity to every class, delivering age-appropriate lessons that spark a love of dance. You\u2019ll build meaningful relationships with both students and families while maintaining a welcoming, organized studio space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teach joyful, engaging ballet classes for students ranging from 6 months to 8 years old<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a warm, encouraging classroom where every child feels seen and celebrated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver lessons aligned with Tutu School\u2019s established curriculum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide personalized guidance and positive, constructive feedback to students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate with families regarding student progress, studio policies, and upcoming events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in studio performances and special events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1+ year of experience working with children ages 8 and under (required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ballet or dance training with a solid foundational understanding of technique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Confident, engaging teaching style that connects with young learners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patient, enthusiastic, and genuinely child-centered approach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1+ year of dance teaching experience (required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to commute to Seattle, WA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eagerness to pursue professional development and growth (a plus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$22.00+ per hour, based on experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance bonus incentives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid training \u2014 no prior Tutu School experience required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>401(k) with employer matching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid time off<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee retail discount and apparel stipend<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genuine opportunities for advancement within the studio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The privilege of making a powerfully positive impact in the lives of young children<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019d love to hear from you!
