Job Summary

A marketing magic-maker. Tutu School seeking a Marketing Manager for multiple locations throughout California. Work has flexible hours, and can be remote/off site with the occasional meetings in some of our studios. We are seeking a Marketing Manager who enjoys engaging with local businesses, moms’ groups and other partners to collaborate on cross promotions and events. The person in this role should embrace our mission of making space in children’s lives for confident creativity and the pure joy, and help us spread this mission throughout the community through outreach activities. The ideal candidate should love data and analysis, and use metrics and KPIs to ensure the success of our marketing efforts.  

Responsibilities

• Create marketing plans and systems with a focus on results.
• Create partnerships with local businesses and groups.
• Collaborate with studio managers to implement marketing efforts.
• Gather and analyze metrics, and create reports.

Qualifications

• Marketing Experience — In community and grassroots marketing, highly preferred.
• Data-driven — Expert in data gathering, analysis, and the use of spreadsheets and other reporting tools.
• Achievement-oriented — Sets big goals with strategies. 
• People-oriented — Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
• Education: Degree in Marketing or Business (preferred).

Pay

• Base hourly play, plus incentive bonus.

About Tutu School

• Tutu School is a collection of quaint boutique ballet schools that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 6 months to 8 years old. 
• It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets.
