Teacher Karen
Favorite Ballet Storytime Story
Swan Lake! Iconic and memorable. I love to fly like swans with the dancers!
Favorite Ballet Step
Blast off sautés. Toddlers to Primary Ballet Prep dancer always giggle and enjoy jumping.
Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
Elephant. Slow/adagio, heavy/stomping, swaying our trunks.
Favorite Thing About Teaching at Tutu School
I was introduced to Tutu School while bringing my 2 year old granddaughter to a RWC class. I loved the curriculum, and the joy it instilled in all the dancers. That moment is forever inscribed in my memory, and segue to 8 years later and I am now teaching! How lucky am I?
