Favorite Ballet Storytime Story
I love the story Giselle! I think the choreography and the costume are beautiful, but also haunting, which makes the ballet really memorable.
Favorite Ballet Step
I love teaching and performing chaînés because I enjoy the feeling of traveling across the floor. I think it's very important to teach this step early on because my students learn how to balance and coordinate their movements.
Do you have a go-to animal for inspiration during Animal Dances?
My go-to animal is a deer. I love how my students can use graceful jumps and flowing movements to capture the elegance and playfulness of a deer!
Favorite Thing About Teaching at Tutu School
Tutu School is special to me because of the connections I am able to form with my students. I grew up adoring ballet, and I want to share that same joy and excitement for dance with my students. Watching them gain their confidence and learn a new ability is so rewarding and I enjoy being part of their growth and experience!
