🌱 ASSISTANT TEACHER | $15.16–$22/hr

Great for getting started

  • Perfect for students, aspiring teachers, former dancers, or those new to teaching
  • Assist teachers and learn our teaching style
  • Build classroom management and child-development skills
  • Paid training and ongoing support

🩰 TEACHER | $22–$27/hr

Great for growing your teaching skills

  • Lead your own ballet classes
  • Build relationships with children and families
  • Great for experienced childcare workers, dancers, coaches, educators, and performers
  • Receive ongoing coaching and professional development

⭐ LEAD TEACHER | $27–$35/hr

Great for building a career

  • For experienced teachers ready for more responsibility
  • Mentor and support other instructors
  • Take on leadership and studio responsibilities
  • Develop skills in training, management, and team leadership
  • A pathway toward future leadership opportunities at Tutu School

Current Tutu Teachers on our team are former ballerinas, preschool teachers, neurodivergent specialists, cruise line performers, modern or contemporary performers, interior design students, & law students.  Dance is for everyone and we believe in sharing its magic and love from all walks of life.
