We’re looking for
Magic Makers
Who we want
On our team, we want hearts that never stopped twirling and minds that thrive on creativity. Most of all, we want instructors that are invested in nurturing the big dreams of little dancers.
Tutu qualifications
We require our teachers to have a strong background in dance, great communication skills, and a commitment to our carefully crafted curriculum. Consistency, dependability, and professionalism are musts. A love of all things sparkly is optional.
Why join the team?
In addition to providing thoughtful training and support, collaborative scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth, teaching at Tutu School means being a part of work that matters and a community that believes in joyful creativity.
Team Tutu
"Teaching at Tutu school reminded me of all my cherished memories of dancing as a child. I took a break from ballet as a teenager because the magic that I had found as a kid in ballet began to disappear. I found it again, but this time in all of the Tutu Schoolers I have taught these past few years. Thank you so much for opening my eyes to a curriculum that spoke to my heart."
Courtney, Tutu Teacher

"I'm all about creating a warm and welcoming space for parents and caregivers to come together, share experiences, and support each other in helping their kids thrive! Plus, I always love to embrace the tutu school slogan: every child should know what it feels to dance!"
Gemma, Tutu Teacher
"My favorite thing is when something new sticks and you see a little face light up with glee! Finding those moments of inspiration and learning is what fills my heart each and every time I get to teach. I also love learnings from my dancers, I’ve found they can teach me so much, and often inspire new activities and games with their creativity!"
Avala, Tutu Teacher
